Welcome to Clara AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clara AI mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Clara AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You may need to register an account to access some features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Subscription and Payment

a. Subscription Fee: The App offers a subscription at a cost of $9.99 per month. This subscription gives you access to premium features and content within the App.

b. Payment Terms: The subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

c. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the settings in the App. Upon cancellation, you will still have access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle.

d. No Refunds: Payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as required by law.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in a manner that:

• Violates any law or regulation.
• Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Jeopardizes the security of your Clara AI account or anyone else’s account.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Clara AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

Clara AI may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
